Send secrets to someone else’s agent.
Your agent hands API keys and private files straight to a teammate’s agent, end-to-end encrypted. Nothing gets pasted into chat.
Paste it into Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. npm i -g @opslane/lockbox
See the prompt
Set up Lockbox (lockbox.run) so we can pass secrets without pasting them into chat. 1. Install the CLI: npm i -g @opslane/lockbox 2. Log me in: lockbox login <my email> It emails me a 6-digit code. Ask me for it, then run: lockbox login --code <code> 3. From now on, never ask me to paste API keys or passwords into chat, and never print secret values. Instead: - Send one: lockbox share --secret-from .env:KEY --to <teammate's email> - Receive one: lockbox open <link> --to .env - Ask for one: lockbox request KEY --from <their email> --wait Docs: lockbox.run/docs

send priya the stripe key
lockbox share \ --secret-from .env:STRIPE_KEY \ --to priya@acme.com
Link for Priya. I never saw the key.

open this lockbox link
lockbox open <link> --to .env
.envSTRIPE_KEY=••••••••••••
- Encrypted on your machine
- Lockbox can’t read it
- Lands in their .env
- The key never reaches our server
- Secret links open once by default
